MotorCircle combines in-platform messaging, transaction records and human review so genuine users can communicate while suspicious patterns are surfaced for attention.

MotorCircle Messages
Buyers and sellers can communicate through MotorCircle Messages before and after purchase without publishing private telephone numbers or personal email addresses. Order conversations can be retained with the transaction so delivery questions, condition discussions and relevant evidence are available if a case later needs review.
Review signals, not automatic guilt
MotorCircle may create internal review signals when a message appears to contain direct contact details, external payment requests, attempts to move a transaction off-platform, or when an account develops an unusual pattern of cancellations, refunds or disputes. A signal does not by itself mean a rule has been broken. Staff or the owner review the context before deciding whether any action is appropriate.
Possible account action
After human review MotorCircle may take no action, monitor the account, issue a warning, restrict particular Marketplace functions or suspend access where this is reasonably necessary to protect users, payments or the platform. Serious fraud, unlawful activity or safety concerns may also be referred to the appropriate provider or authority where required.
Keep payment on MotorCircle
Buyer Protection and seller payment controls apply to eligible transactions completed through MotorCircle. Users must not use Marketplace Messages, listings or order information to solicit an off-platform payment for the purpose of avoiding Marketplace fees or protections.
Report and human review
Buyers and sellers can report a Marketplace conversation for human review. Automated review signals and user reports are prompts for staff attention, not automatic findings of wrongdoing.
18+ Marketplace rule
MotorCircle Marketplace transactional accounts are intended for people aged 18 or over. A simple age declaration is an account rule and is not treated as proof of age by itself. MotorCircle separately keeps the children-access and online-safety assessments required for the service and can introduce stronger age assurance if the risk assessment or law requires it.
Evidence and privacy
MotorCircle may retain relevant Marketplace messages, risk signals, listing snapshots, order records and securely uploaded evidence for moderation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, safeguarding and legal obligations. Access is limited to the participants and authorised MotorCircle personnel according to the purpose of the record.
