Always prohibited

• Stolen goods or items the seller does not have the right to sell.
• Counterfeit goods, forged documents or deliberately misleading branded products.
• Vehicle identities, VIN/chassis identities, registration documents or similar identifiers offered in a way that facilitates vehicle identity fraud.
• Weapons, illegal drugs, explosives or other unlawful goods.
• Items whose primary purpose is unlawful tampering with emissions, odometer, safety or identity systems.
• Listings that are fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive or intended to move a buyer into an unsafe off-platform payment arrangement.

Restricted / review required

MotorCircle may require additional checks or refuse listings involving hazardous chemicals, pressurised containers, high-voltage batteries, pyrotechnic safety components such as airbags or pretensioners, recalled safety-critical components, or other goods with specialist transport, storage or legal requirements.

MotorCircle discretion

MotorCircle may remove or suspend a listing where it reasonably believes the listing creates a legal, safety, fraud or reputational risk. Removal does not prevent MotorCircle from preserving records needed for disputes, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
