Terms and Conditions

These terms explain how MotorCircle works for drivers, trade businesses and other users. MotorCircle brings more than 35 years of combined hands-on automotive trade experience together with modern AI-assisted tools and real human oversight.

Last updated: September 2026

These terms govern use of motorcircle.co.uk and the MotorCircle platform operated by MotorCircle Ltd (company number 17457033).

1. About MotorCircle

MotorCircle helps motorists describe vehicle needs, identify relevant types of repair business, find automotive specialists, source parts and use related marketplace and trade services. It is built around practical automotive knowledge from more than 35 years of combined hands-on trade experience, supported by AI-assisted tools and human oversight. MotorCircle is a platform and information service; unless expressly stated otherwise, it is not the repairer, seller or buyer in transactions between independent users.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure and notifying us if you believe your account has been misused. You must not impersonate another person or business.

3. MotorCircle Agent

The MotorCircle Agent uses AI-assisted tools to help understand information supplied by users and route them towards relevant repair, specialist or parts options. Its responses are guidance only and are not a confirmed diagnosis, quotation, inspection or professional safety assessment.

If a vehicle is in an unsafe position, involved in an emergency or presents an immediate danger, users should contact the appropriate emergency or recovery service rather than relying on MotorCircle.

4. Repair businesses and third parties

Repair businesses, specialists, sellers and other third parties on MotorCircle are independent unless expressly stated otherwise. Users should satisfy themselves that a business or seller is suitable before entering into a contract or authorising work.

5. User content

You remain responsible for information, photographs, listings, messages and other content you submit. You must have the right to submit that content and must not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive or harmful material.

6. Repair requests

MotorCircle may structure repair-request information to help identify suitable categories of business and facilitate enquiries. A repair business must still carry out its own inspection, diagnosis, estimate and safety assessment before confirming work.

7. Marketplace and trade services

Additional terms may apply to marketplace sellers, buyers, repair businesses, paid memberships and trade services. Where additional terms apply, they form part of the agreement for those features.

8. Availability

We aim to keep MotorCircle available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be updated, replaced, restricted or withdrawn as the platform develops.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse MotorCircle, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, scrape or overload the service, submit fraudulent requests, use another person’s data without authority or use the platform for unlawful activity.

10. Intellectual property

MotorCircle branding, technology, layouts and original platform content belong to MotorCircle Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of those rights to users.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, MotorCircle is not responsible for the acts or omissions of independent repairers, sellers, buyers or other third parties, or for indirect losses arising from third-party services or transactions.

12. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, non-payment or serious or repeated breach of these terms.

13. Changes

We may update these terms as MotorCircle develops. The current version will be published on this page and material changes will be communicated where reasonably required.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to consumers in another part of the United Kingdom.

15. Contact
